Recruitment  Do end to end of recruitment process Provide manpower based on reliable forecast and projection Prepare schedule for Interview assessment, Psychological test and Medical check up for candidate Prepare recruitment report (weekly & monthly) Conduct induction new employee      Requirement : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychological, Human Resource Management or its equivalent Have professional experience work in Recruitment Selection area and Organization Development within 5 year Excellent knowledge in Recruitment & Organization Development Able to use and conduct Psychological tools such ; DISC, MBTI, MTI etc. Good interpreation would be plus point Willing to work hard in fast paced environment Energetic, cheerful and positive mindset characteristic would be advantages
