Job Description Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants Keep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from users Prepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidates Manage the employee database Propose and coordinate HR projects Qualifications Previous experience in headhunting or outsourcing company preferred Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis Excellent communication and management skills Detail oriented, highly adaptable, and quick-thinking Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change Able to work with Microsoft Office Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labour Laws At least 3 years experience in Headhunting or Recruitment
