Job Description :
Organize, analyze and improve Performance Management process.
Develop and conduct training to ensure that all Performance Management systems are understood.
Maintain, organize and improve Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS): time off, employee records, overtime, payroll, etc.
Troubleshoot and solve HRIS issues together with IT department.
Analyze, create and implement CI projects in the department.
Involve in HR Global projects.
Establish, review and update HR procedures.
Coordinate and support other departments related with HR process.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any major.
Have minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Information System, Performance Management and Payroll.
Have competencies in Analytical Thinking; Ability to Change; Working Systematically; Teamwork andCooperation; Customer Focus and Drive for Results.
Advance in Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, etc.) and HRIS knowledge.
Profound in English communication skills.
