Job Description


  • Assist with all documents and administrations
  • Help executive in making a report
  • Have a knowledge in sales, marketing, sales administration in supporting daily activities
  • Responsible for all document filling in good order and easily to find as future reference.
  • Manage day to day client queries
  • Maintenance good relationship with clients and partner





  • Candidate must be possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree at any Field (preferably Administration Major)
  • Female, 21 – 30 years Old
  • Have an Experience in admistration / business support
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Excellent in computer skill (Ms Office, word, power point & Excel)
  • Good respond and  understanding in English
  • Have a good communication and Analysis skill
  • Well arranged, attention to details
  • Creative, pro active, well organized, target oriented,
  • Have a good self motivation
  • Good Coordination in team work
