Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical administrative support to HR executives
  • Compile and update employee records, hard and soft copies
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports relating to personnel activities, such as performance evaluations, transfers, terminations, sick leave, etc.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as unpaid leave, resignation date
  • Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Insurance administration

Job Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
