About the Position

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Head of HR / Senior HR Manager to become part of the founding-team and to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resource beneficially; you play a vital role in shaping the business, while heading up the HR department. You will be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization, building the HR department from strategically, planning and implementation.


Our Head of HR will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive recruitment and selection of a world-class, entrepreneurial team;
  • Be the guardian of our company culture to build a highly  motivated and inspired team;
  • Effectively bridge communication between management and the rest of the team;
  • Setup an effective benefits, allowance and incentive program for all departments and functions;
  • Develop and implement an employee development program;
  • Develop and implement the company policy (HR handbook);
  • Ensure the company operates in-line with applicable labour law;
  • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation system;
  • Review and update our employee contract and agreements;
  • Prepare budget by department;
  • Tracking HR Metrics like cost per hire and retention rates;
  • Measure the effectiveness our benefits programs and recommend improvements.


  • Strong academic background
  • A minimum of five to ten years of work experience in HR at a fast-growing organization
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs;
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation;
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong feeling of responsibility
  • BSc in HRM, Labour relations, OD, Psychology; MSc is a plus

Contract           : Six-month fit-period, full time position afterwards
