 Responsibilities;  -  Perform recruitment process (end-to-end) Such as create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidate, interview and psychological assessment - Make report about psychological test and interview result - Maintain and Develop HRIS System with compliance procedure - Provide leave report ( annual leave, sick leave, etc)   Requirements;  - Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree majoring psychology from reputable university  -  Have min 2 years of experience as recruiter ( preferably have experience as head hunter)  - Have a good management and communication skills  - High achievement personality
