About the Position

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Admin to become part of the team and

play a vital role in growing the business, while shaping our online presence. You will be part of a

young, ambitious and fast-paced entrepreneurial organization. Based in Jakarta, you will be focused

on conquering the Indonesian market.



Our Commercial Admin will have the following responsibilities

  1. Assist the sales team on the administrative side
  2. Make planning and mapping for our ~120 fte sales team
  3. Check and manage daily reports from the field sales team
  4. Make reports and analyse data wrt sales performance
  5. Calculate monthly performance against targets and calculate bonuses
  6. Check salary and bonus calculations of agency
  7. Be ready to jump in and help out on many other admin related topics


  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Neat and diligent, has an eye for detail
  • Good with numbers and basic calculus
  • Can organize his/her own work in a structured manner
  • Strong feeling of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal skills, Independence and confident
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
