COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Logistic Service   JOB SUMMARY :  Develop, formulate and develop policies, plans and work programs to increase the effectiveness and operational efficiency of EXIM Coordinate and ensure the EXIM Staff runs the Quality Management System EXIM. Arrange and ensure the KPI of each division of EXIM and review the achievements and solve the problems that occur Supervise the Export, Import, PPJK and Operational operations Conduct an assessment of the work performance of subordinates, periodically and objectively and try to improve the abilities of his subordinates Respond to employee complaints and resolve wisely   EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree any major Language: English Upper-Intermediate Level Experience: 1-2 years EXIM Assistant Manager in Logistic/Forwarding Industry   BENEFIT: THR BPJS Detail will be discussed  in interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
