Job Duties and Responsibilities: Increase the hotel revenue in general through all the rooms, F&B, spa facilities Maintain and optimize existing and new online travel agents and online B2B partnerships Optimize bookings for rooms, F&B and all facilities through our website Maintain channel manager, doing rate shopping and ensure rate parity Understand the offline sales B2B and B2C industry Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel Develop and execute strategic sales marketing plans against a defined hotel budget to maximize revenues through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations and community partnerships Identify new markets and business opportunities Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business Execute and support the operational aspects of business (e.g. generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence) Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and train sales skills of the sales person. Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary Work with the PR department in developing & implementing digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social presence (social reputation and social media) Work with the graphic design team in creating & approving all marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and in line with the Hotel's culture Requirements: Communicative, result-driven, highly organized, accustomed to working with the target, fluent in written & spoken English Expert in website optimization, SEO, Google Analytics, able to generate and update website content A strong background in relevant field with minimum 3 years experience in the same position A well-established network of online travel portals, channels, and social media.
