  • On going improvement of CRM processes in order to improve quality, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and overall financial performance of the CRM business.
  • Define and monitor CRM process KPIs and drive ongoing improvements
  • Coordinate CRM process improvement initiatives
  • Work together with other CRM teams or functions to implement new products, new offers or new channels with impact on existing processes
  • Implement compliance related projects relevant for CRM function
  • Act as CRM SPOC for cross-functional projects requiring involvement of CRM
  • Document and monitor CRM business processes,
  • Maintain policies and procedures as a result of improvement initiatives
  • Manage the performance of the team
