Key Responsibilities Translates the strategic goals into operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimises promotional opportunities ensuring these are coordinated with wider promotions and campaigns Lead, trains and teach the associates in the kitchen and all operation’s area Take decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources Review, trains and develop work schedules to be more effective and efficient ensuring to Company’s HR systems and procedures Maintains and constantly develops innovative and cost effective stock generation monitors stock weekly to achieve bottom line sales budget against monthly targets Proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of Operational Managers and Supervisors, sets objectives and targets; work with HR to develop individual training team Work with HR Department to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to Takes a role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team spend time coaching Head of Divisions, identifying skills and opportunities for development provide advice and guidance on operational issues when needed Create, maintain and report in relating to all operational budgets Creating new ideas to expand prospective business together with the Board; Monitoring and elevating performance of the Operational Manager and all operation areas Ensure quality check inventory and all operation area Ensure zero complaint at all operation’s area Ensure that all operation complies to all policies and procedures relating to Security, high quality hygiene, health and safety environment, ensuring minimum risk to staff members and the business Key Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor degree majoring in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferably Pastry and Bakery More than 5 years’ experience in F&B background Excellent knowledge in bakery and pastry as well as Management Good communication skills to interact with the team and inter-department Good knowledge in all safety requirements and company safety policies Ability to make effective decisions, work well in team environment Target driven, resilient, with a strong work ethic If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph by clicking button below
