SUMMARY As a HC Generalist, you willsupport +/- 1900 nationwide employees. Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices that will produce a high performance culture and ensure the Company’s goals for the Retail Division are met.   WHAT YOU’LL DO Administers various human resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. HRIS entry and maintenance using our Workday system. Manages hiring efforts for all location positions. Partner with the Regional Retail to assist with performance evaluations by providing guidance and ensuring overall consistency and completion with the process. Partner with Regional Retail to review, manage and optimize team performance through Performance management, Succession Planning and Employee Development. Work with the L&D division to help identify and assess training/developmental needs, specific to store management and employees. Track and analyze staffing, retention, turnover and other information necessary to provide the insights for informed talent decisions. Drive and support company/retail HR initiatives.   WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL          Bachelor degree graduates (technical backgroundPsychology / Law / Human Resource / Business).          Demonstrable work experience asHR Generalistmin. 1 year.          Strong understanding of HR systems information structure, integrations, functions, and processes.          Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills.          The ability to work as a part of a positive and dynamic team, who’s responsible, passionate and committed.   Sent us your application and resume through this link: For further information, log on to our career site:
