  • To perform investigations process and enhance the capacity, capability, knowledge, and skills in term of claim fraud handling in insurance industry.
  • To lead team of claims and responsible for day to day claims operation duties within the team. Making sure the team meets or exceeds the performances target.
  • Provide on the job training to enhance competencies of the team. Also provide and/or support training to intermediaries or customers on claims processes or policy coverage
  • Ensure operational efficiency through timely reviews of processes, business needs, and make relevant changes to processes, people and system to better support the business.

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Proven working experience in claims department managing life and health claims and leading a team at least between 2-5 years
  • Excellent knowledge of Life and Health Insurance, majority in claim investigations process and capability
  • Excellent Fundamental and Technical¬†skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
