  Qualifications Min. Bachelor degree or equivalent Min. 5 years in HR Generalist Managerial level Having knowledge about end-to-end HR Practise Fluency in written and spoken English Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through skills Good in managing stakeholders in industrial relations & compliance to the labor law   Responsibilities Responsible to provide legally accurate and appropriate HR advice (across all generalist areas with particular emphasis on Recruitment, Performance Management/Disciplinary and Terms of Employment) plus practical HR administration support; to roll-out HR processes in line with strategic objectives as required; to work with the C-group members, GMs, local HoDs and HR team to build and sustain a cost-effective, high-performance workforce and culture.  Lead ongoing HR projects to support and help improve businesses processes Develop and implement consistently HR processes and policies to meet business needs Other tasks deemed necessary within the scope and assigned by Management   If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph by clicking button bellow
