Main Purpose of Job
The Sales Staff is primarily responsible to manage the sales accounts of assigned customers of P.T. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia (YADIN).
The Sales Staff will also provide administrative support.
Key contact point for all assigned customer accounts within YADIN for any sales request or inquiries.
Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and customer enquiries on part availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
Prepare and review price with certain periodic
Perform simple background research on dealers, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team's activities.
Enter data into online databases to maintain up-to-date customer records
Track the status of orders and deliveries
Generate monthly sales reports. Make simple calculations to accurately compile.
Manage billing to customer for payment according to agreed payment due dates.
Monitoring on any overdue payments and push the customer/dealer for payment.
Collect market information and analysis for assigned products, and assist the sales team to create action plans or activities to achieve sales targets.
Give part catalogs to main dealers, if there is update change part number or price
Any other duties within the Sales Department as assigned by Management.

Knowledge and Experience Required
Diploma or degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or in relevant fields
Minimum of 2-years’ experience in direct sales functions.
Strong sales project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of Sales policies and regulations in Indonesia
Familiar with local government rules and regulations
Prior experience in Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage
