Manage all-day activities of production Process of Raw Materials - make production planning and process raw material into a product
Create, organize and supervise the implementation of the production schedule of all products
Identify data for each production batch number (lot number, date, number and product code) at the production stage
Supervise and control the production process from the Raw Material process to packing
Inform if the product is not in accordance with quality specifications
Supervise the activities of the production department employees.
Implement, run and evaluate the GMP System, ISO 9001, Kosher, Halal and Organic Certification, in accordance with the provisions of quality management standards.
Running every applicable SOP so that the company's target can be fulfilled
Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or preferably from Food Technology
Experience in the food industry environment will be beneficial
Proactive, excellent oral and written communications skills, firm
leadership Good written and spoken English
Extensive knowledge of food production processes and standard
