Tugu Hotels Group invites skilled, experienced, creative & dynamic individuals for the rebranding of a modern Indonesian restaurant in the most strategic location in Canggu
Position available to both expats or Indonesian citizens
Must have minimum 5 years food and beverage operations experience
Must have experience in pre-opening a successful sizeable food & beverage outlet and covering every aspect of opening a restaurant from operations, menu (both food & cocktails)
creation, interior design, marketing, branding & concepting, staff training, and others.
Must be very passionate about food, and must be up to date with most recent food (including Asian & Indonesian), wine & cocktail trends
Must be a perfectionist with high standards and a critical attention to details.
Must have great customer service skills as well as leadership, training skills, & teamwork.
Must be organized & discipline, adhering to deadlines, and have no tolerance for uncleanliness & inorganization.
Must have experience in new successful sizeable food & beverage pre-opening sales & marketing.
