Pre-Opening Team – The Tugu Jakarta Tugu Hotels & Restaurants Group invites skilled, experienced, creative & passionate individuals to be based in Jakarta, to join our dynamic pioneering team in the opening of a complex of exciting food & beverage ventures in West Jakarta, to start in the beginning of August 2019. Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in leading kitchen operations Must have experience in pre-opening a successful sizeable food & beverage outlet and covering every aspect of opening a restaurant from initiating and completing the kitchen layout (wet kitchen and open kitchen), menu creation, concepting, kitchen staff recruiting & training, liaising with suppliers, cost control, setting up procedures, and others. Must be very passionate about food, and must be up to date with most recent food (including modern Asian, Indonesian, Chinese & Western cuisine) trends & cooking techniques Must be a perfectionist with high standards and a critical attention to details. Must not tolerate inconsistency in food quality & presentation. Must have great leadership, training skills, & teamwork.
