Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential.
Developing long-term relationship with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Establishing, and maintain existing relationships with the customers.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in term of quality, price and delivery.
Following pre-bid meeting, Open Bid Meeting, Kick-Off Meeting, Minute of meeting with the customers.
Prepare Bid review form and coordinate with Product Engineer to prepare technical and commercial proposal.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Analysing costs and sales.
Preparing report weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
Applicant should have
English proficiency is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written.
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word).
Proactive, initiative, problem solver & can work with deadline, less supervision and under pressure condition.
Well organized and good planner.
Preferable have experience insales & marketing for min 2 years.
Good analytical skill and logical thinking.
Loyal and Hard Working.
