COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Trading   JOB SUMMARY :  Control, plan and develop sales strategies in the distribution & distributor area and prepare forecasts, break down the target by branch for monthly sales Coordinate, control, and are responsible for all activities of the ASM team, Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, FSR, and distribution team to carry out the sales process, disc agreement, distribution and tempo of accounts receivable in accordance with the specified sales plan Control Branch distributors to make sales, negotiations, disc agreements, in Modern Trade, General Trade, Agencies, and control the delivery of goods according to the agreement so that a sustainable buying and selling process occurs Coordinate the Team Supervisor area and the sales distributor team from the sales in and sales out process, namely the process of the goods received by the distributor until the goods are received by the consumer Coordination with the Head Office for agreed program programs and control of the sales process to be carried out according to the agreement Monitoring report from the distributor sales team, accounts receivable, and branch stock position is responsible for making the MPO - Monthly Purchasing Order every month   EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Min.
