SUMMARY :
Execute advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print,
online media, and billboards Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand employee and market
opportunities for products Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmark,
messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content, coordinating with Visual Designer (original
text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages future members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s
social content Continuously improve marketing strategy by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
Education: Min. Diploma Degree Communication/Business Administration/Economics/Statistics major
Language: English Business Level
Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferable has HRIS, insurance, HR, or employee benefits consultant experience
