Responsibilities: Build a good relation with employee, and external (government & community) Supervise the implementation of internal regulation and government regulation Provide feedback and provide recommendations & advice to management related on industrial relations & HR issues. Mapping the company's internal condition includes the conditions of industrial relations a Draft SOP, guidelines, internal and external correspondence and other legal documents Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law Minimal 3-4 years of experience in the same field. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Have certification Industrial Relation Certification Program (IRCP).  Familiar with Regulation and Labor Law (13/2003, 21/2000, 22/2004), Mediation, IR Conflict Resolution, Dispute & Conflict Management, Risk Management, Industrial Court and LKS Bipartite Training, CSR, Public Relation and Protocol.  Have Skill with Negotiation, Mediation, Investigation, Coaching Conseling, Problem Solver and Training of Trainer. Dynamic presentation and communication skill. Initiative, self-discipline, responsible, positive attitude, self management, relationship building, have good interpersonal skill and good analytical skill.
