COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Automotive Manufacturing   JOB SUMMARY :  Making training system especially general training (soft skill training) for each level position Arranging training schedule both of orientation training for new employee and yearly training existing employee Support recruitment process   EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree HR Management/Psychology or related major Language: English Intermediate Level Experience: 3 years as HR Staff Have experience in handling payroll process such as attendance control (input Overtime, permit letter, etc), BPJS handling Have experience in handling personal matter (contract employee, official letter) Have experience in recruitment/training   BENEFIT: THR BPJS Detail will be discussed  in interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
