COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Trading   JOB SUMMARY :  Handling Part Problem Report (PPR) in a way to manage NG parts after-sales or before sales until the final judgement Responsible to obtain quality in products and services of the company, based on a basic agreement with customers Ensure Measuring method and devices appropriate with the standard Quality product Operate measuring devices Ensuring every customer claims have been handled properly and communicate those claims to the related supplier to get quality parts explanation or final decision until those customer claims solved Other related tasks   EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Min. Diploma Degree any major Language: English Communicative Level Experience: 3 years as Quality Control Staff in Manufacturing/Trading Industry Have knowledge for quality certification, having a certificate that is a correlation with quality will be as added value (ISO, IATF) Able to make analysis data for problem-solving   BENEFIT: THR BPJS Meal Medical Detail will be discussed in interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
