  • Responsible for building and growing OYO's partnership capabilities and leading strategic partnerships and alliances in Indonesia
  • Identify, structure, close and manage large-scale strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial deals across Indonesia across multiple verticals
  • Identify strategic partnership and investment opportunities for OYO through strong understanding of specific segments and customers business needs
  • Build a structured and programmatic approach to partner business development and relationship management
  • Develop and execute customized account strategy, objectives and plans to increase demand and supply and OYO market share for select strategic partner accounts
  • Align cross-functional teams on key proposals including representation from Technology, Finance, Operations and Country Team in Indonesia and the region
  • Program manage and collaborate with cross-functional and country teams to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan
  • Taking the lead in solving the problems that arise during the execution of programs with partners
  • Manage communication cadence to senior management and across the organization
