Job Description

  • Support of software maintenance services for Jatis system
  • Response to issues, inquiries, and change requests quickly within SLA
  • Escalate issue tickets requiring immediate attention by 2nd layer
  • Track and manage all issued tickets in ticketing system
  • Identify and define new requirement of modification/change request
  • Ready to on-site visit support to customer's site, or go overseas if required


Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in development/support
  • Have Java Project with database relational will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding in Core Java/Servlets/JDBC/JSP
  • Strong understanding in MVC Frameworks - Spring/Struts & ORM Frameworks - Hibernate/MyBatis frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
  • Experienced with relational database SQL
