Requirement
Minimal Senior High School / Diploma / or Higher (any field) in Public Relation or equivalent
Have experience at least 1 year in Call Center / F&B industry
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Well-developed computer skills, organized and self motivated
Proficient in verbal and writing in Bahasa and English
Ability to handle pressure in any circumstances
Good organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Possess administrative skills and ability to work as team
Responsibility
Handle order, input order and handle complaint through Phone, Email, Whatsapp, Line, Website and other electronic application
Assist in implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience
Incorporate with other division to see that the service is in line with procedures
Provide daily report to superior
Communicating to customers about the company’s promotion in sales and services
Provide detail information to customers regarding product, pricing and delivery information
Resolve complaints through phone and email
