COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese IT Service   JOB SUMMARY :  Work closely with the customers Build relationships and help customers achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders   EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree IT/Computer Science major preferable Language: English Upper-Intermediate Level Experience: 3 years in IT field Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good time-management and communication skills   BENEFIT: THR BPJS Detail will be discussed in interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
