- Handling complain in assigned area related to HR processes and coordinate with center of excellence to provide advisory and resolution to achieve HR operational excellence
- Implement end to end recruitment process in each city by following HO guidelines and procedures. Coordinate with recruitment, C&B and Superior to meet the excellent process.
- Socialized to employees in assigned city for HR policies, procedures and company regulation and conduct onboarding and induction to new employee to achieve HR operational excellence
- Responsible for HR administration process in each city by monitoring employee probation, contract and issued employment letter in assigned city align with the SLA's
- Maintain accuracy employee's data both personal file and database in HR system in assigned city by filling, input and updated employees data (new hire and resignation).
- Maintain employee attrition by conduct exit interview session with employees assigned in city and updated resignation data to HR system and related parties to achieved accuracy data
- Support data for employee's benefit (insurance, social security, and other benefit) by provide Information to C&B and payroll refer to JO agreed
- Provide report headcount (incl movement) in city by update HR Dataweb, HRIS, google docs, DM Recruit for new hire and termination employee by weekly basis.
- Support IR/ER issue by coordination with IR/ER HO in issued WL letter, employees activities, employee disciplinary action by ensuring the process is in timely manner
