Responsibilities : Operation preparations and services such as setting up workstations with all needed service equipments, utensill. Knowledge regarding menu items, standard presentation of each dishes and beverages on the menu Able to handle complaint in a corrective action and high service recovery skill Record transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order. Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability, including dietary, allergies, special request or any costumer requirements within services SOPs. Implementation of health and safety procedures in the seating and lounge area Adhere to all new and or added SOP of Hygiene & Sanitation at all time. Effectively lead and motivate employees through implementation of in-house training and incentive plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction Inventory control and management and communicate closely with the chef for menu planning Maximise upselling opportunities and sales per person and ensure Restaurant merchandising opportunities are relevant to the audience and customer type   Requirements : Education minimum Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required with minimum Diploma degree 2 – 3 years of work experience in Food & Beverage gained from a 5 star restaurant or hotel 1+ years in supervisor level English proficiency oral and written. Excellent physical condition and stamina Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods Ability to work in a team Able to communicate well, listen to others’ opinion, and being able to adapt to a different range of communication style.
