Responsibilities : Responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of all food items to the highest possible standard of quality, within the agreed cost level and in adequate quantity Responsible for menu preparation, costing, and proper training, supervision and management of all stafhs under his responsibility Analyze sales of menu items to determine improvement actions to increase profitability Conduct regular training for kitchen staff/cook as day to day operation Cook and prepare food to be ready for presentation according to set standards Ensure hygiene and sanitation standard in area well-implemented Analyze & suggest on innovation for design menu content, design cooking instructions, and also best efficiency of kitchen management Liaising with the MOD for ingredients order to vendors Coordinations with F&B HQ in the event to creating new dishes and menus Requirements : Education minimum Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor’s preferred) 3+ years’ experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant. 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role English proficiency oral and written. Computer literate (Excel, MS Office, Power point, word). Knowledge and experience of kitchen management and understanding of inventory management (FIFO, FEFO, 5S etc) Able to communicate well, listen to others’ opinion, and being able to adapt to a different range of communication style.
