COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Food Manufacturing JOB SUMMARY :  Assisting brand manager (section manager) to develop the annual marketing plan (P/L target and 4P strategy) to achieve business target based on mid term plan  Developing relevant and meaningful plans & strategy (marketing planning & product development) to serve the needs of target consumer Analysis of profit and loss including controlling marketing expense  Making strategy of ATL & BTL activity, include coordination and monitoring of realization Manage and ensuring brand deployment as well as brand plan Leads coordination with agencies, other function or related parties to deliver brand activation  EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree in any field (preferable science, marketing, business major) Language: English Intermediate Level Experience: Has experience in marketing, product development, or brand activation area (at least both of them) minimal 4 years in FMCG company Understand insight and concept of marketing strategy (4P) Knowing well about sales and profit as core business target, including  Has knowledge and ability to making in; Brand and product management; Product Development; Consumer research; Above the line activity (TVC, branding, etc), Below the line activity (promotional, event, etc), digital activity Preferable to have ability in creative design (Photoshop, Adobe’s creative apps, etc).
