Summary : This position leads principal team across seven schools, and across all levels to increase education quality which measured by learning outcome. CT Education establish Education Team (Principal, Vice Principal and Teachers) to become High Performing Team and create collaboration among all education resources to excel full potential of students and educators. Responsibilities : Planning & Preparations : Set high expectation of achievement that are ambitious an measureable for all principals and teachers Set direction, curriculum standards / provider, guideline, overall Budget, tools and material that needed by Education team to enhance Education Quality and create a condusive  and effective learning environment. Education Leader  : Inspire and develop/coach Education Leader and Team to live Kanaan Personality Trait, and therefore increase the likelihood to serve parents and students best. Define and Refine Balanced Growth Plan to include : overarching goals, metrics, and Christian Education Instruction : Lead team to : Hold education quality accountable for ambitious, measurable standards of academic achievement Identify and address Education Quality Demand & Trend to prepare the students for global preparedness. Monitor Teacher Leader & Multi-Classroom Leadership implementation and take the action needed to ensure Talent Management sustainable in all Kanaan School. Professional Responsibilities : Take acountabilities of monitor implementation progress of enhanced Balanced Growth academic. Evaluate Education Leader and team for potential role changes and for increasing job opportunities for Education team who are ready to advance. Implement Turnaround Competencies for leaders and teachers to increase performance and results needed for the 21st century. Create standards of school fee structures, admission fee, activities fee, scholarship and discount program with Finance based in Education Quality Analyze performance / progress report data and update to Education departments for refinement and modification. Enforce school performance reporting through principals with expectations on performane data against goals.   Qualifications : Highly exposure to Education Quality nationally and internationally Bachelor Degree min. Experience successfully leading and managing a team to accomplish goals Prior evidence of high progress of delivering outcomes in turnaround situation.
