- Owning a portfolio of hotels & understanding the root cause of low OTA revenue at the hotel – Review Score, conversion metrics, Pricing.
- Design processes and solutions to improve overall OTA revenue
- Use Data Science and solid first principles to understand the root cause
OTA Performance Improvement:
- Understanding the gaps in OTA revenue and working on levers of improvement – Restrictions, image score, 3C, Floor pricing
- Working along with the Operations, BD team and Owner to resolve root problems and improve conversion metrics at the hotel
- Work along with the team to improve OTA performance – listing, pricing, content, reviews and campaigns
