Job description : Technical Support (Level2), handle customer request by phone or email Monitoring and maintaining client’s  IT environment Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs\ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports When needed, may be positioned in customer site Sugestion of IT Solution. Requirements : Max 35 years old IT related education background (D3, S1) Has 3 years experience in IT job as Engineer Has good knowledge in Network and Server (VM server capabilities are preferred), having related certification is preferred Able to start working as soon as possible Overtime on weekend and Saturday may be required to meet project deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a must Contribute to a good and friendly working environment; working closely as a member of engineer team Job location at Jakarta If you feel that you meet the qualification above and you’re keen in exploring the opportunity, please send your updated resume by clicking the button below.
