Job Specifications :
Maximum age 35 years old.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience as SOP/Quality Assurance/Compliance and at least 1 year experience as Supervisor/Team Leader/Unit Head.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Required skills : Business Process, Analytical Thinking, People Oriented Leadership, Computer literate (MS. Visio, Excel, Power Point).
Job Descriptions :
Monitor & ensure enforcement of the business process and procedures (SOP, WI, Guideline, Work Flow) for the Company's business needs.
Develop SOP align with company best interest.
Analyze & evaluate the business process of the organization.
Communicate, socialize, and implement the new design/or modification of SOP & Policy.
Collaborate with other department in improving policies to ensure the compability.
Ensure business process & procedures design/or modification process is align with current condition of the organization.
Reviewing business process and procedures that are already running.
Perform control function on business process and procedures.
