COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Food Ingredients Manufacturing JOB SUMMARY :  Handling HR matters: recruitment, training program and development and performance appraisal system Handling IR matters: negotiate with labor union, strengthening LKS Bipartit, industrial relationship disputes, prepare company regulation or collective labor agreement Handling legal matters: monitoring regulations and its implementation, monitoring legal document and permits (including expatriates permits) Handling GA matters: supervise driver, security and cleaning service Handling system management ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree Psychology/Law major Language: English Communicative Level Experience: 3 years as HRGA Assistant Manager Have knowledge about recruitment, TNA, people development and performance appraisal system Well understanding about labor law and its implementation Have skill negotiation and communication with labor union and others relevant parties Have experience handling driver, security and cleaning service Well understanding system management ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 BENEFIT: THR BPJS Meal Transportation Detail will be discussed in the interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
