  • Analisa penawaran dari supplier dan laporan ke pihak management
  • Melakukan analisa mengenai jenis barang kebutuhan proyek
  • Melakukan pencarian supplier baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan 
  • Membuat perencanaan pengadaan barang dan distribusinya
  • Membuat PO dan SPK sesuai standard operasi perusahaan
  • Cek dokument adminstrasi dari pihak vendor
  • Membuat laporan rutin ke pihak management
  • Memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan penyediaan barang berlangsung sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan, prosedure dan persyaratan pelanggan 
  • Memastikan administrasi dan dokumentasi di bagian proses logistik dan proses retur berjalan dengan akurat

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil / Architecture / Construction /interior would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa both verbal and written (English will be considered a plus) 
  • Minimum 3 years work experience.
  • Excellent memory skills and organisational ability, in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines 
  • Male or Female, age 25-40 years.
  • Fluent in computer use and office software.
  • Trustworthy and attention to details is a must
  • Hardworking, responsible and physically fit to carry out work effectively is a must
  • Good communication skills and be able to work together as a team and report to management daily 
  • Diligent, initiative, proactive, high motivated, and energetic personality
  • Location work place in Jakarta Barat
