Job description: Prepare the submission of export documents to local government agencies in accordance with the requirements required by the destination country Prepare certificate of analysis with R&D, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate and other shipment documents needed Prepare invoices and lists to be informed / distributed to related departments Ensure documents sent to the buyer as soon as possible if the requirements are complete Coordinate with factories on details and quantity of purchase order General Requirements: Fluent in English both verbal & written is a must Candidate Minimum Diploma III Textile / accessories experience will be preferred Knowledge of import/Bea Cukai documentation & regulation required At least 3  year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
