Job description: Assisting with all aspects of administrative management. Input and maintain client database. Coordinating between departments and operating units, following in the day-to-day administrative and operational work. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities. Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office. Performing multifaceted general office support. Translate documentation.   Requirements: 3 years experience. University degree. Good levels of writing and speaking English. Be familiar with management (CMS, data input, etc) and monitoring tools -Excellent in  Microsoft Office.
