  • Create and maintain documentation about the sales process, policies to help connect new Account Executive talent.
  • Prepare for meeting materials, call materials, make KPIs and think of ways to increase retention.
  • Provide reports for sales performance, forecasts and pipeline data as required by management
  • Increase sales productivity by enabling teams to work smarter by simplifying the process
  • Identify and make recommendations to eliminate obstacles and inconsistencies in the sales process
  • Collaborate with other departments - finance, production, RnD for successful sales projects
