To do process checks in of guest in an efficient and friendly manner.
Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged. Issues correct keys to the guest.
Do the reservation duties, receive reservation for accommodation, by phone and walk in reservation, changes and cancellations booking based on rule and regulation. Receive booking
for meeting room from clients, either in person, online, fax or e-mail. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, assists customers in all inquiries in
connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
Education: Min. Diploma Degree
Language: Japanese Business Level (JLPT N2). English Upper-intermediate Level
Experience: 1 year as Front Office/Receptionist or other related position in Hospitality Industry or Service Apartment
Willing to work by shifting
