accounting department, according to established hotel requirements, and provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guest concerns.
Handling guest satisfaction of the hotel facilities.

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
Education: Min. Senior High School Hotel & Tourism major
Language: Japanese Intermediate Level (JLPT N3). English Communicative Level
Experience: 1 year as Guest Relation/Guest Service/Front Office or equivalent position at hotel or service apartment
Able to assist the guest in Japanese with hospitality mind
Preferable to operate OPERA system is advantage
