Your Role:

  • Actively and consistently supports efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Request, monitors and manages third party delivery personnel via various methods (including text, e-mail, telephone, and other computer systems)
  • Manually updates systems as needed before, during, and after delivery
  • Closely watch and coordinate with third party delivery to reassigns jobs for delivery staff if they are running late or job is in jeopardy
  • Assists and interacts with Logistics Manager and broader Operations Team to ensure maximum efficiency in delivery
  • Respond to email requests in timely manner with use of proper introductions and formats
  • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; complete transactions; forward requests
  • Other duties as required

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2+ years of general work experience, having experienced in dispatch or logistics administration is preferred
  • Strong customer service satisfaction orientation
  • Computer literacy with data entry & keyboarding
  • Ability to multi-task in an independent & team environment
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently over the phone
  • Strong telephone, written, oral communication skills
