- Memberikan informasi serta menangani permintaan, pertanyaan maupun komplain dari customer nasabah
- Usia maksimal 27 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2,75
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (tidak logat dan cadel)
- Bersedia shifting
