  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university 
  • Having previous experience in the same position minimal 4 years
  • Must understand Indonesian Labor Law and Regulation
  • Computer literate is a must
  • Capable in HR Strategic planning, training module, performance appraisal model, etc
  • Highly initiative, hardworking, creative, communicative, team player, able to do multi-function tasks
  • Have good leadership, good communication and social skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR and GA activity
  • Monitor employee performance and attendance activities
  • Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc
  • Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement
  • Perform other related duties as required
