  • Have strong IT knowledge especially on servers & networking, problem management, problem solving, IT administration
  • Trouble shooting PC hardware, notebook, PDA, printer/print server, mail server, MS win, Internet Browser, and other inhouse application problems
  • Receive and record complain/problem from user
  • Create summary report problem & resolution
  • Troubleshooting Network using ( mikrotik , std router , bandwidht management , VPN )
  • Troubleshooting PABX Alcatel ( create new , forward , patching cable , user management
  • Knowing Office 365
  • Have Experience Implementation for HRIS to user and develop


  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer /Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • Min I year of experience in related field is required for this posistion
  • Preferably specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
  • Good communication in english
  • Ability to work independently, self motivate and take intiative
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At leat 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Required skill(s): have knowledge on server & networking, computer troubleshooting
  • Preferably staff (non-management & non supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
