  • Minimal / Diploma / or Higher (any field) in Public Relation or equivalent
  • Have experience at least 1 year in  Call Center / F&B industry prefered E-Commerce Background
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Well-developed computer skills, organized and self motivated
  • Proficient in verbal and writing in Bahasa and English
  • Ability to handle pressure in any circumstances
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Possess administrative skills and ability to work as team


  • Support the daily Customer Service Operations through operational oversight and analysis
  • Handle order, input order and handle complaint through Phone, Email, Whatsapp, Line, Website and other electronic application
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience
  • Incorporate with other division to see that the service is in line with procedures
  • Provide daily report to superior
  • Communicating to customers about the company’s promotion in sales and services
  • Provide detail information to customers regarding product, pricing and delivery information
  • Resolve complaints through phone and email
