Job Description

  • Sales head of all sales department
  • Make execution plan according to the company strategy and budget
  • Plan for area target and execution by branch and agent
  • Plan for channel target and execution by category base
  • Develop new sales area and channel
  • Manage B2B department and create synergy effects of products/channel
  • Make and achieve KPI target, for monthly, quarterly and annually period
  •  Build and develop a sales team which is competent, dedicated and efficient, and management
  • Sticky manage department expense within budget

 

Job Requirement

  • MBA/Bachelor in any background from top university or related.
  • At least over 10 years experiences as electric home appliances industry sales
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Having and keeping closed relationship with electric home appliances dealer/account
  • Have high level of management skill and known well operation
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames
  • Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
  • Team leader, persuasive and innovative
  • Fluency in English
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
  • Logically and analytically minded
  • Detailed oriented
  • Numbers friendly
